Sign-ups generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the sign-up process are void.  Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, delayed, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled sign-ups, email, mail or other communications of any kind; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of sign-ups, the functionality of the website, or in any offer-related materials. Sega reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sega, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, third party vendors, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer.

All such rights are reserved. Sega’s status (and that of any identified contributors) as the author of material on Sega’s site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the materials in the Emails for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from Sega or Sega’s licensors.

By signing up to the Emails, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, and to promptly update such information in order to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Any changes will be incorporated into these Email Sign-Up Terms and you should check them periodically for updates. Changes will be effective immediately unless otherwise provided. Use of the services, including access to Emails or any incentive by you following such modification constitutes your acceptance of the Email Sign-Up Terms as modified.
